Description:Purpose of Customer Sales Advisor:
Promote and increase sales to new and existing customers over the telephone, to ensure all orders are taken and processed to a high standard.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Out-calls to prospects to develop new business.
In-calls and out-calls to existing customers, taking orders and preparing documents to pass to butchery department for preparation of orders.
Preparing all paperwork associated with the delivery of goods.
Promoting new products to existing customers and expanding the range of goods they purchase from us.
Establishing good relationships with customers
Dealing with customer queries and complaints as they arise
Ensuring that customer price lists are updated continually.
Expanding personal knowledge of the butchery trade and all butchery products.
