Due to continued expansion we currently seeking an additional highly skilled butcher for our Night Shift to prepare custom-made orders.
10 pm to 7 am worked Sunday to Friday. 5 or 6 nights per week, depending on your preference.
As an experienced Butcher you will prepare fresh and frozen meats to a high standard and to individual customer specification for supply to both retail and the catering trade. Reporting to either a Shift Supervisor or Manager, you will work on a butcher’s block in a traditional butchery, as part of a team of 7 to 10 production personnel in a shift based factory environment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will have originally trained or completed an apprenticeship as a Butcher. You will be both talented and enthusiastic about butchery and ideally have previously worked in fresh meat production for catering establishments. We are looking for people who are both; ambitious and prepared to go the extra mile in order to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
