February 2019 Newsletter

The beginning of 2019 always starts off slow with everyone recovering after the rush of the festive period, which was as expected. So far in 2019 we’ve been fortunate enough to have extended our HR and Accounts departments with new staff hires, as we continue to expand and grow as a business. We’ve also hired new drivers to cover our ever expanding delivery routes across Dorset and the surrounding areas, with drivers persevering through all weathers, including snow and ice, to deliver orders. We’ve also continued to support local charities into 2019 and heard from the Bournemouth foodbank, where we contributed to 200 hampers over the Christmas period, which helped local families in crisis.

During January we’ve been able to develop new products and experiment with flavours for you to sample. We have Venison and Marsala Wine Sausages and Moroccan Venison Burgers for our February Specials, many customers have been intrigued to try these new flavour combinations. Each week we will have brilliant special offers available with big reductions and deals our Sales Advisors have been eager to promote over the phone and online via email, Facebook and Twitter.

What’s happening in February 2019? As sponsors and supporters of the BH Stars Awards and The Large Hotel category we’ve been busy preparing for the semi-finals which is taking place on Tuesday 12th February 2019. Doron, our Managing Director and Mike, our Business Development Manager, are both judges of the event and have been busy visiting applicants ahead of the semi-finals.

During February we have a number of special days including, National Pizza Day, Valentine’s Day and National Cornish Pasty Week with great promotions lined up for each event!
