To cater for different customers and budgets we supply both fresh and frozen products. The majority of our sausages are made on the premises by combining the finest meats, herbs and spices thus providing a wide and varied range of products packaged to the individual specification. We aim to provide an ever-increasing product range which includes our speciality sausage of the month and shows seasonal produce at its best, such as our successful turkey port and cranberry sausages over the Christmas period and our Beef & Guinness traditional butchers sausage for St. Patrick’s Day.
Our products have recently been awarded in recognition of the outstanding products we are producing and innovating, including our County Foods Premium Pork Sausages, County Foods Hickory Smoked Pork Sausages and County Foods Pork & Leek Sausages.
