Quality begins at source via a robust traceability system using only approved reputable suppliers who have satisfied our Quality Team of their quality assurance procedures, standards & ethics.

HACCP & Risk Assessment

All elements of our business are subject to the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). HACCP is a systematic technique of identifying all potential hazards and establishes critical control points for all aspects of our processes.

Food Safety & Training

To guarantee that food safety levels are maintained to the highest standards, our team ensures that all employees are suitably trained and the company is fully committed and values continual training and personal development of staff to improve our dedicated workforce.

All products are traceable from the farm or source to the point of delivery to our customers.

We purchase all of our products from local, national and international suppliers who are required to hold an appropriate EC license to ensure full compliance to all EC directives and Regulation.

This includes the exclusion of any supplier who fails to operate ethically.
