Our new beef dry-aging room is built and we’re creating delicious steaks!

An exciting new development happening this year is the launch of our new County Select premium range. This includes a large dry-aging room where 28-day dry aged beef is prepared in controlled conditions. The process slowly evaporates the moisture in the beef, creating an intense beefy flavour and buttery texture.

Jaylee Refrigeration kitted out the dry-aging room with a dehumidifier and UV light for bacteria control. These are important factors in making sure that the dry-aging process produces high quality and delicious cuts of meat.
