County Foods working with new charity, Hope for Food!
At County Foods we are working with our new charity, Hope for Food, to help support individuals and families in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. We help provide them with weekly cooked meals and monthly fresh meat, frozen and dried goods, to contribute towards the support of over 400 people in need a month. A number which unfortunately, is increasing by the week.
Hope for Food also supply those in need with clothes, cleaning supplies, kitchenware, towels, and toys.
During our second meeting with Hope for Food, we were informed that 160 parcels are delivered a month. They are overwhelmed with the support they have received from us and the local community but unfortunately, it’s not enough and we are encouraging anyone to donate where possible.
Our director Doron Krips has spoken with other businesses in the local area to emphasise the importance of supporting local organisations and communities. We will continue to update you with a monthly news letter in partnership with Hope for Food to spread the word of the amazing work being done and how you can help.
